A very beautiful hotel with lots of activities for children/ adults. Every night the entertainment was very good and the food was excellent quality. There were plenty of food options even if the buffet had finished and plenty of variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
We were expecting one à la carte dinner to be included in the cost but we were told it was €30 per person. Also the costs of the spa/ shops were extremely expensive- more costly than the UK

Staff are excellent, eager to help with joy. Three staff members were super, Arkan at reception, Ayson at restaurants, and the cleaning lady.
This hotel is one of the very few hotels in the world that we enjoyed the food, very very tasty, generous, and wide selection

The staff was great
The food wasn’t tasty at all,all the foods were without taste, the phone in the room didn’t work, room service was out of service during our stay, the hair dryer couldn’t even dry a bald head.
