One area that could be improved is the condition of the rooms. We appreciate the hotel’s beautiful classical style and the effort the team puts into maintaining it, but some areas are showing their age. The doors, walls, and wooden details would benefit from renovation and restoration. Although the rooms are clean, these signs of wear can affect the overall feeling of freshness and cleanliness. A thoughtful renovation while preserving the hotel’s classic character would make the experience truly exceptional.

It was wonderful!!!! The food and drinks was the best hospitality and the guest relation team specially A**mir was perfect and very helpful

It was a well built place with friendly staff and was very clean

The daily room maintenance staff was slow and not diligent. Sometimes they didn’t make up the room and sometimes didn’t stock the mini bar. The last 2 days the WiFi was not working throughout the facility. Some of the food dishes were mislabeled each day.
