Very cozy apartment. Perfect location, because we've lived in Corso G many times.

Only one door Key for 5 grown-up persons!

The accommodation was spacious and there were washing facilities with plenty of room for drying clothes. We were a family of 6 with a lot of luggage so we also appreciated the lift. The location was very convenient for walking around the city and since it was close to the city walls it was convenient for driving and parking. There was paid parking right outside.

We were provided with fans but the weather was extremely hot and we would have appreciated air conditioning. It would have been good to have more than one key because we were 6 adults who would have had more freedom to come and go as we pleased.

Fabulous location, well equipped, tasteful

it was marketed as having air con but the 2 units were disabled and it was ridiculously hot despite fans being provided. We could not sleep!

Spacious and comfortable. 3 bathrooms! Very close to the wall, to town, grocery store, to bus and train. very convenient. Very helpful host!

It was very hot. 2 rooms had AC but they had been disabled. Very frustrating! Charge a little more if you need to, but let us use the AC if needed! And Only 1 standing fan for 3 bedrooms. Boo! Also, there were 2 good heavy bottom sauce pots in the kitchen. All the other pots and pans had peeling Teflon. Yuck

The location was great for us, close to the wall that surrounds the city. The apartment had lots of windows for great light, a nice size kitchen with all that was needed for our stay and nice size bedrooms and baths. There were really good restaurants nearby (like Bar Da Franchino, Picollo Mondo and Cafe Monaco and a great place for ice cream at Gelateria Veneto! We had 2 minor issues while there (we stayed 6 weeks) and both were taken care of quickly and professionally. The staff and cleaning ladies were all very helpful and pleasant.

The only minor issue was the fact that there were 4 adults and only one set of keys. We found ways to make it work but a second set would have been perfect!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a great location for access to Lucca activities.

there was a problem with one of the heating systems on the first night, promptly resolved the following morning.
