The Tuscanian Hotel

The Tuscanian Hotel is in a fantastic location in Lucca. It’s not far from the train station and right in the heart of everything you need. It’s a great base for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca.

The Tuscanian Hotel was centrally located in the heart of Lucca. Shopping, restaurants, attractions & train station were within minutes of walking. Staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant was exceptional!

The location was excellent for exploring Lucca. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful .

I had requested a particular room and had exchanged emails with the hotel prior to our visit. They responded promptly and said they would be happy to confirm my request even sending pictures to confirm the room. (I only did this as it was a special occasion for us -our 50th wedding anniversary) unfortunately, we were not given this room on arrival which was a little disappointing.

When we finally hit the room we had booked it was good

They did not have the room we had booked for our first night. Although three nights had been confirmed they sent us to an annex the first night which was awful. By the second night they gave us the room we should have had.
