Noisy at nighttime so. Ring earplugs. Calms down relatively early though

The room that I am staying in was good size and clean.
The noise. During the day the cleaners were playing music quite loud and most nights there's ways music and Sunday is the worst.
I could also hear the guest next door opening bathroom door or shutting the door quite loud. Few times I woken up in the middle of the night because some guests slam the door.

The room is ok but I don't understand why a mountain facing room doesn't have a balcony. Not even a small one.
The rooftop bar is cool, but why only open after 3.00pm?
Poor room design. Maybe designed for the Asian market but definitely not the Western market.
Noise from maintenance works every day, even Easter Sunday. Hammering and power tools. Very annoying.

"Camere ampie, hotel molto bello ed accogliente. Bellissima vista sul vulcano ed il bar all'ultimo piano vale un tramonto pazzesco! La piscina è molto bella anche se non troppo grande!"
