Clean and simple

A little date and no tv

The location right on the beach was lovely. The hammock was a great place to relax and the swimming pool was overlooking the beach. The breakfast was basic but fresh and eating by the sea was lovely. It was an easy walk to supermarkets, warungs/restaurants, and even not too bad walking up to the sunset lookout cafes although uphill. The room was comfortable. If there was availability, I would have stayed longer but Gede helped me out with alternative accommodation which was also great!

Nothing

Compared to other accommodations I stayed in, this one was a bit disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed linen didn’t feel or smell fresh—which you definitely notice after several weeks of traveling. The bathroom was spacious, but unfortunately not perfectly clean (I even found hair from previous guests). At night, there was some noise from the upstairs neighbors moving furniture, which was quite noticeable due to the stone floors. On the positive side, the location is right by the rocky beach, and both the staff and the owner were very friendly, with the owner personally introducing himself. Overall, it was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer.
