The staff are exceptional — genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive. They were definitely the highlight of my stay!
The room itself is okay and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The property is located right by the sea and is only a few minutes away from everything you need, making it a very convenient location. You can rent a scooter directly from the property, or book a shuttle to get to different areas of Bali — and the prices are very reasonable.
The breakfast and food in general are good.
Many of the rooms in the property have been renovated, so this may not apply to every room, but I felt that the bathroom in some rooms could use some updating and maintenance.

It was excellent except for the food at the restaurant outside of breakfast, which was great.
The food at the restaurant was not at the level of the rest of the property. Breakfast was great though an espresso machine would upgrade the coffee experience. Lunch & dinner menus & preparations were disappointing. Staff was good.

Location is fabulous in the beach but the trade off is a very steep descent.
Quiet, lovely staff.
The bathroom and facilities need a spruce up.
