This was a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay here!

My friends and I enjoyed a weekend getaway in Windsor. This was a large house in a subdivision located near the golf course. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was stocked with the bare necessities. The only downside was the hot tub is older and did not really get hot. This house was clean, had a nice layout, and is in a safe neighborhood.

We stayed here for 4 nights for our family Christmas vacation. We were two seniors, three adults, and one 21-year-old. House was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We also found management to be very responsive. We did have some trouble figuring out the heating controls and they responded right away when we asked for assistance. The two main bedrooms are huge, and the other two bedrooms normal sized and very comfortable. We didn’t actually utilize the yard, but it was lovely as well. And the hot tub looked amazing even though we didn’t use it. The arrangement of the house is great. There are two separate large living spaces so plenty of room for everyone to convene in one place or spread out if they’d like. I don’t know if I will ever have a need to stay in a house in Windsor again, but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

The house was nice but the service was horrible. The management company had a cleaner there when we first arrived with my wife and two children. Seemed unprofessional especially since there was two small kids in the house when we walked in that seemed to be with the cleaner. Then we noticed there wasn’t a broom, so I texted the manager and they said don’t worry about it. I told them I was concerned that the floors are dirty and I had small kids in the house and there response was “sorry”. When frustrates me is there was broken Cabinets all throughout the house and one of the kids broke a blind. They message me saying the house was a mess and that they need to charge to fix the blind but won’t charge a cleaning fee. Really!? I could understand charging a $60 replacement for a blind but they’re just taking advantage of people and it’s wrong. Don’t ever use this companies properties, they’re horrible.

The house is nicely furnished and clean but that's about it. The kitchen needs the appliances replaced/repaired, which does not bode well for making meals at home. The fridge is missing several shelves. The Oven light does not work and there isn't a good fan system since the range is away from the oven. Therefore, the smoke detectors went off several times even with opening windows due to the poor circulation. There are not a lot of serving dishes. And whoever arranged the kitchen storage did an awful job...ie) utensils and cups in a cabinet not anywhere close to the sink/dishwasher. There were only two dishtowels. How do you dry dishes, dry hands, wipe counters etc with only two for such a big house? This property is managed not managed by the owners and by a company so there is zero service other than to tell you the rules and when to check in/out , quiet time etc. We ran out of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and papertowel two days into our four day stay. When we messaged the property manager we were told that we were given a "starter set" and to use "Wamart Instacart" if we needed more. How is toilet paper not provided? I was shocked! Also the beds have a plastic cover over the matresses that are very noisy when you have to get out of bed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The landscaping is very overgrown. It is in a neighborhood with houses very close together. The neighbor right next door had three dogs that barked a lot.

The photos of this house make it look like it is more remote than it is...it is in a neighborhood with houses very close together. There is a sound ordinance where we were told to "move indoors after 9 pm." We are all over 50 years old, property owners, and couldn't even be in the jacuzzi after 9 pm talking to each other. Reminders from host were mostly about that, and it seem obvious they've had complaints from neighbors. House has little warmth to it, no throw blankets, fireplace not working. Convenient to wineries we had appointments with, otherwise, not staying here again.

Location was good for our wine tours. House was comfortable for the 4 couples Bedrooms should have luggage racks and hooks in the bathrooms for towels to be reused

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Loved the makeup towel provided too! The house was in a very cute residential neighborhood so there were strict quiet hours. We liked how quick it was to get to the downstair area of Windsor.
