Compact, clean and the basics were supplied with the property. Mature back garden and free parking.

Good location, good amenities, spacious house, helpful host

Only 1 bathroom in the house, it was pricey, it was pretty warm the first night and there were no fans in the house but the owner did drop two upon request the second night

The property was clean and well appointed. We also liked the location. It was close to sites we were interested in seeing.

The bathroom was located on the main level and the bedrooms were up steep stairs. This made it difficult for using it in the middle of the night.

The property is conveniently located close to Inverness city centre, with a Tesco Extra within walking distance, which was very helpful. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it a pleasant place to stay

The kitchen conditions were below expectations in terms of hygiene. Many of the utensils, including pans, pots, and plates, were quite worn, with heavy scratches, making them unsuitable for cooking or eating. These would benefit from being replaced. The oven also appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. During our conversation with the host, it seemed as though guests were not expected to make use of the kitchen, which was a bit disappointing, especially since one of the main reasons we chose a flat was to have the option to cook our own meals. As we were travelling with our 3-month-old baby, this made the experience less comfortable than we had hoped.
