Split System, aria condizionata nel soggiorno per rinfrescarti d'estate e una stufa a gas fluida per tenerti comodo in quelle gelide sere invernali. Situato in una zona tranquilla e sicura a pochi minuti dall'autostrada senza pedaggio di Hume, un delizioso, breve viaggio in campagna per molte cantine, caffè e luoghi per matrimoni. Nelle splendide Southern Highlands, ci sono molte cose da vedere e da fare per tutta la famiglia.

A great clean, neat & tidy cottage, perfect for a couple or small family. Not too far from other towns . A small shelf in the bathroom between the vanity & mirror would be a huge benefit

This is a lovely relaxing cottage with lots of great extra features. The single night was really helpful. The location is quiet and not far from lots to do in the area.

Myself and my partner and his parents had a lovely stay in Berrima after a late lunch an thoroughly enjoyed the glorious space this place is :) would stay here again next time we're in Berrima

Very clean, conveniently located, great pantry
The place was spotless and very neat. We especially appreciated a well stocked pantry which had all the basics and even more. There were some nice steel pots and pans which i was very grateful for - its amazing how even the fanciest places only have cheap scratched teflon.

Pleasantly surprised at the location and comfort of this house. A wonderful host in Robyn who kindly came to rescue us within 10 minutes as we’d locked ourselves out. Would recommend to anyone. Look forward to staying again sometime. An added bonus of being only about 3 mins from the highway.

Cottage Comfort
Property manager was always very quick to respond. Gorgeous cottage, super clean with an amazing hot shower. Perfect spot to attend a wedding close by.

We loved staying at Robyn’s place. It was cosy and had thoughtful little touches such as a coffee machine with coffee pods. It’s nice and close to the wedding venue Bendooley Estate which is where we spent our evening and also to Berrima. There’s a local general store just around the corner too with good hours. The late check out at 11am on Sunday meant that our little one could have a nap before we hit the road (or you could be lucky enough to get out for breakfast and back again without rushing!)

Lovely stay in a comfortable cottage
Robyn's cottage is clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay with my three children. The warm gas fireplace is very cosy for winter nights and the beds are comfortable. The extra items such as coffee pod machine, pantry items including oil, breakfast spreads and sauces etc, and linen cupboard with extra towels made our stay easy. The large backyard was great for the kids. It is a good location to explore the local area and go for nice walks. Robyn's communication and helpfulness could not be faulted. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
