Breakfast was good. Liked the bar option in the evening.
Ac was off when we checked into our corner room in Arizona during a heat wave. The bath wash soap in the shower was completely empty. Used the handwashing soap from the vanity sink during our stay. The room smelled. We ran the bathroom exhaust fan during our stay to keep it in check. Fit and finish were poor. Damaged things were evident throughout the room. Felt dirty.

General Condition of the Hotel and room were very good. Location was good.
Room AC ran constantly to maintain 74 F. Was so noisy that i unpluugged it the first night to sleep.
Refriderator and microwave were too small.

Property was very clean, was located perfectly where I needed to be and the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was good and the property was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was wonderful, kind, personable and efficient.
The mattresses were the firmest mattresses I have ever slept on.. Not comfortable at all.
My 4 year old spilled a drink on the floor and the breakfast worker called him "a naughty boy," and said, "shame on you"

"Posizione fantastica, zona tranquilla. Camere spaziose, pulite, disponibile bevande come caffè ecc 24h su 24. Mi è piaciuto, se tornassi a Phoenix, sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo qui!"
