Easy to find. Very close to Centraal Station so didn’t have to wheel cases far. Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet in a room that was only 1 floor up and facing onto the busy street below.
Location. The staff were also happy to keep our cases all day after checking out until we left for the airport in the evening

Great location, extremely convenient for Eurostar
Bathroom is difficult, lighting poor and once you have a shower it becomes unusable. But the staff was great, they cleaned up promptly and replaced the sodden towels.

Location
Finding it was a nightmare. Perhaps send a small map of location once booking is confirmed. Not everyone arrives with internet connection immediately.

The location was superb, a stones throw from transport, historic sites and food. The bed was comfy and the shower room felt modern.
The shower floor collected water and wouldn't drain but this was cleaned daily. The fire alarm was triggered twice during my stay, the second time it took over 15 mins to reset in the middle of the night due to noone being present at the reception desk which made getting back to sleep extremely hard. Definitely signs of wear to the walls and noise from above rooms is definitely noticable
