Great location and comfortable property

We had a terrific time in Kelowna. The Sunset waterfront unit is as per the listing. It’s well appointed, roomy, light and bright. We look forward to returning.

Great stay here. Location was excellent. Suite was very clean. Only downside is that the 2nd bedroom is listed as a queen, when it is actually a double. Needs to have a bedside lamp in the 2nd bedroom, but Lindsay says she is going to address that. Will definitely stay again.

Communication was excellent, beautiful view & comfy beds, kitchen amenities were good however I travel a lot & have certain expectations. There were hardly any hangers for clothes, one blow dryer for 2 bathrooms, missing deck cushions made it hard to enjoy the patio, one key fob to share amongst everyone, no umbrellas at the pool, only one of two elevators was working for the entire week we were there. You have a long way to walk to the beach so would not recommend if you have small kids to tow as it’s not convenient from the building.

Unit had everything you need. Beautiful view of the lake and just a few steps many shops and restaurants.

Large 2 bedroom condo. Well equipped. Nice view of the lake from the balcony. Would go back.

This was a great location close to many restaurants downtown. Great walking along the board walk. The only negative is could of used mixing bowls.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was spotless and roomy for our needs. The location is great! Lindsay the property manager is excellent! She communicates very quickly and wonderful to work with.

We have stayed in this complex before but Lindsey's unit was very nice with a million dollar view. Place is fully equipped and very comfortable. Totally enjoyed the stay .Will be back

The condo was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I could have wanted. The location truly can’t be beat, everything in downtown Kelowna was just a few minutes walk away, including the beach and cultural district. The hosts made the check in/check out process a breeze, and when I needed to change my check in time they were responsive and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The view and location was perfect. We had a great stay here with my teenage daughters and best girl friend. The property was clean quiet and perfect for us. The gym was clean the suite was clean. The property manager was ver responsive. We will definitely stay again.

This condo is cute and has a great view. The entire property is very well kept. Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. I give it 4 starts only because I personally think it’s needs to be better equipped with more dishes, a real drip coffee maker, Tupperware and things like spices and foil paper etc. I did have to go out and buy a bunch of extra things.

Our check-in experience wasn’t the smoothest, to say the least. I hadn’t received any info about when I’d get the gate code and it was less than an hour till check-in, so I was getting nervous. I called the host and left a voice mail. At 2:23pm I finally got an email with check in instructions, so after killing time all day we drove to the location. At this time it was about 2:45pm, the host seemed very surprised we were there that early but allowed us to go up to the room. Upon entry, the cleaner was still there. We left our bags and she told us to come back after 3:10pm, which we thought was odd because check in time was officially set for 3pm. We gave her some time then came back up after 3pm and she was still there. It was pretty uncomfortable for us. She finally left around 3:25pm. The rest of our stay was nice - great location, lovely condo and balcony. I only wish there was more communication in the beginning so we weren’t worried/uncomfortable and felt more welcomed, such as knowing exactly when we’d receive the check-in info and maybe a heads up that the cleaner would be there right up until 3pm, but like I said she was there much past 3pm which was pretty awkward.
