Close to Belmont Shore shops. Clean, supplied with the essentials. A great place for our family Christmas trip. The garage was an extremely helpful amenity given very limited street parking availability.

4 of us stayed here for a clothing convention. The space was perfect with room for everyone to take a break when needed, the neighborhood is quiet, and having 2 parking spots (garage and in front of it) was so convenient! We were happy to see it was well-equipped with linens, towels, items to take to the water if you wished (beach chairs, etc) and the kitchen was well-equipped.
I had easy communication with the manager with quick responses. I highly recommend this property!

Roomy home with front yard, white picket fence, plenty of common areas and a garage. Easy walking distance to beach and all 2nd street has to offer (lots of eateries and retail stores). Loved walking the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely return and recommend!

The location to the beach, restaurants and activities is great. House is actually bigger then it looks. Clean with comfortable beds. Loved the jacuzzi!

We stayed here Wednesday - Sunday with 4 adult “ish” kids (ages 18-24) and it was perfect! The kids walked the beach and loved being close to the coffee shops and restaurants… you never have to get into your car again after you arrive… so close to everything! And the house was quaint and adorable and had plenty of social living space!!

After our previous Rental in Huntington Beach was canceled just 48 hours before our Arrival we had to scramble and our luck changed when due to a cancelation of their own I was able to book this beautiful gem in Long Beach. Communication was the key in getting this done quickly and the hosts were exceptional, the whole time. House is tucked in quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from the beach and even closer to a multitude of food options. House was super clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better last minute switch and saved Vacation! Don't count on it being available last minute though so make sure you Book ahead. Thank you Kat & Kevin for a terrific stay and your Longbeach Gem. Cheers

We visit family in this area 4-5 times a year, so we've stayed in a lot of short term rentals. We would absolutely recommend this home and host to anyone visiting the area (and that's not something we'd say about a lot of the rentals we've visited). The home is well stocked, clean and comfortable. There is signage and instructions for everything making the whole home immediately usable without having to contact the host. And speaking of the host, they were incredibly generous and responsive when it came to an unforeseen issue!

We went to Long Beach to attend my daughter’s graduation from CSULB. It was great to have restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The young adults loved the hotub. Very nice area of Long Beach. We also loved that the house had 3 bathrooms because it made it easier for the group to get ready. I never spoke to the host because everything went smoothly and the notes around the house told us how to work things. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

This was a beautiful house with lots of room, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (even had coffee and spices) and it was very clean. The location was great, close to bakery, beach and shops. Only downside for us was parking because we had a mini van that did not fit in garage. Would definitely stay here again!

This Belmont Shores property was absolutely perfect for our trip to Long Beach! We had a group of 6 and this spacious home was able to accommodate all of us comfortably! The rental was very clean and had all of the amenities you could think of! The host is easy to get in touch with if needed, check in and check out process was a breeze and the keyless entry system was super easy! Hot tub and washer/dryer were a plus!! Location couldnt have been better!! Walking distance to excellent shops, restaurants, and the beach! Minutes from downtown, and tons of great fresh farmers markets nearby! I would 100% recommend staying at this property and plan to come back next year!!

My group was in Long beach for a convention. Our stay was nice, we had plenty of room to spread out and with three bathrooms morning prep was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms were all well equipped. The area was nice with lots of places to eat all within walking distance! The only little critique I would have is that the rug in the living room was in need of cleaning. Overall a good stay and would stay again. I would reccomend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute bungalow in the heart of Belmont Shore! Short walk to coffee, dining, shopping and the beach! The home is very clean, spacious and has virtually everything one needs - even for a lengthy stay! We all appreciated the secure keyless entry system. Kat & Kevin are easy to communicate with, accommodating and just overall fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our adult children and loved the location near restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The master bedroom is nice and big and private with huge walk-in closet. There are two living rooms and lots of space for a family to spread out. Backyard is small and mostly shaded so we didn’t utilize. Hot tub is nice, however. Check-in very easy and no problems whatsoever. Perfect for a larger group with the four bedrooms and three baths.

We loved staying in this home. There are lots of windows so it was light and bright with multiple rooms for the family to gather. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk to both the beach and the coffee shop. Neighborhood was terrific.

Four friends ventured down from CA afa for a little sun and to attend the Elton John concert. All bedrooms were great, 3 bathrooms let us get ready quickly in mornings/evenings and location could not be beat; close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Great place to stay.

We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay in your home! We stayed for 7 days (6 nights) and didn’t have to reach out once. Everything was set up and explained perfectly. There was clear signage and systems in place (including a virtual lock, the informational binder, instructions for lights/hot tub/light switches/etc.), making the home warm, cozy, AND easy to love. The location also could not be beat! We were able to walk to 2nd street and the beach daily, and it was an easy trip to Disney. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Myself and 3 other ladies were in town for a conference at the convention center. The location was perfect! We chose this home over hotels because of cost and comfort. We each had our own room and with 3 baths it was perfect! We came back each evening and had dinner rather then eating out because it was comfortable and relaxing after long days! I would love to come back with my family for vacation! I have already shared this home with friends that visit family in Long Beach.

We loved our time at this beautiful bungalow. The house had all the amenities that we needed, and the location was perfect! It was fun to walk down to the dog beach in the morning and watch the pups play, and the little downtown is completely walkable and offers lots of shops and dining!

This was a great house for us to stay while we spent some time catching up with family. The beach, cool parks and plenty of shopping/dining all easy walking distance. I had been concerned about parking, but it turned out to be no problem. It was nice to know we had the garage and parking pad as a backup if we needed it. We will definitely stay at this property again since it was perfect for our group.

Prior to a cruise our group of 5 of us stayed in this wonderful home. The location couldn't be beat, many restaurants, coffee shops, bars right within a short walking distance plus the beautiful beach just a few short blocks away. Home itself accomodated us all with the many bedrooms & bathrooms as well as multiple places to gather both indoors & outside. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time at this property and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back again. My family loves it. It’s close to the beach and all kinds of shops and eateries. We absolutely loved it!

Perfect spot for two families with kids. We did Disney, we did the beach, the aquarium, fun dinners out, we did it all! House was clean and very functional, communication was super, overall a wonderful stay.
Only complaint: the neighbors living in the apartments across the back alley were in the alley smoking/high as a kite every single time we took out the trash. They were creepy and kept asking us (especially the women) if we needed help throwing away our trash. It was uncomfortable and made us not want to have our kids back there.

Location was perfect to take a walk to the beach and also down 2nd street for food and bars. House was nice and clean with the only complaint being the pillows and mattress being a little soft.

Fantastic Beach House
The clean and well kept house easily accommodated 4 adults and a teenager. Additionally, the location to the beach (5 min walk) and neighborhood with shops and restaurants was extremely convenient. We were close to Disneyland and within an
Hour (with traffic) to LA.

Amazing!
We loved the location! It was perfect for our family. Walkable to the beach, lots of restaurants. And we had time to relax and enjoy the space. Plus, we were with Nana who hates mess and the place was so clean there were no complaints. Would definitely stay again.
