I cannot say enough good things about this home and the experience with the property manager.
Our group of 6 adult women planned a 70th Birthday celebration for my mom in Savannah and after lots of research landed on this home because of the amenities and location, as well as the wonderful reviews. I can honestly say it was everything we wanted and more!
First, the home is even more beautiful in person- the photos do not do it justice. The colors and furnishings are beautiful, comfortable, and capture the feel of the city without being too formal. It was very clean and there were coded locks on all exterior doors and gates, which was convenient and also made us feel very safe. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few blocks from Forsyth Park. Also located just a short Uber ride from a Kroger market and all attractions. We walked to many popular places as well! The back porch and yard are lovely and we really enjoyed the porch swing!
We did not encounter any issues during our stay, but had a few requests and when we reached out to the property manager, she responded quickly and did her best to help! She even provided a lengthy list of recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do while in Savannah. If you are heading to this lovely city book this home- you will not regret it!!!

The house was very clean and well kept. The location was nice as it was close to the park and within 5 -10 minutes diriving of most things we wanted to do in the city. The only drawbacks were very minor things: It smells as if there was an animal in the home at some point, the 3rd floor bedroom gets very warm even with air conditon running, and the coral bedroom is so bright - it can be a little overwhelming. AGAIN - little things. Having stayed in other VRBO's, I would say this one was the nicest and cleanest of them all. I appreciated the Info Book left by the owners with additional information. The 1st floor common spaces were full of charm and wonderful to hang out in with friends. Would absolutely recommend this to others who are considering a trip.

Our stay was great. This house was BEAUTIFUL!!! We loved everything about it. Check in and out was seamless. The porch was so nice in the mornings to have my coffee while the family was still sleeping. Highly recommend!

The place was the perfect place to relax in Savannah. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was very new and updated with all of the modern conveniences. Everything worked and the entire place was extremely clean. Me and my daughter enjoyed reading on the large back porch. My wife loved the house and how it was decorated. My only regret is that I wish that my older daughter and her fiance would have been able to join us for vacation!

The house was great. It had the space that we needed. We were able to walk everywhere and not have to use the car at all during our visit. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch and enjoying the yard.

Communication with the property owner was easy, fast and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The house is well furnished and the back yard and porch are a gem. Easy to walk to downtown Savannah and Forsyth park but off the beaten path so very quiet. We’ll be back!

The location was perfect. Close to park, historic district, but a little far (for walking)to the city market. The house was soooo clean and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean, very quiet and a great location. We were staying with our family and we would walk down to Forsyth Park and take the purple 7F free dot bus to travel down to the riverwalk and back. The house was well furnished, clean and very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and loved the house.

The house was even better than it appeared online. Centrally located to everything which allowed us to park the car, walk, and enjoy everything Savannah had to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I rented this house with another couple. (We are all retired.) It was beautiful home! We had everything we needed in the house although we only cooked one breakfast there. The house was very comfortable. If I had a complaint it would be that we used Uber/Lyft to get to restaurants in the evening. The drivers were understandably not thrilled sometimes about picking us up in the alley. We ended up having everyone go out the front and one person locking up and walking around. Not that big of a deal. All in all a fabulous find!

We loved the house we rented in Savanah. There were six of us and it was great to have private baths connected to all three rooms plus a half bath off the living area.
House was in a good location only about two blocks from Forsyth Park. We walked everyplace, but if you did not want to walk there was a free shuttle at the park that ran to the riverfront area.
There are stairs to get to the bedrooms, but that’s clear in the listing and we did not mind that. In fact, it gave us a feeling of a lot of space so folks had an opportunity to get a break from the group when desired. The bedrooms are very large so plenty of space for suitcases and belongings.
Overall it was a great stay. Only issue we had was internet access was not good a couple of mornings. Not a huge issue for us, but if you planned to work online it would be a problem. Worked well by afternoon both days so a little odd.
Would definitely stay here again!

For being a new home it really has all of the elements of an older home. Loved the layout and the bedrooms were all a great size. Also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Home is only a 3 block walk to Forsyth Park, so it was easy to just hop on the shuttle dot. The only negative were the towels. Although I could tell that the towels were clean they did have a moldy smell to them. It may be that your washer needs disinfected. For convenience it would have been nice if the home had a Keurig coffee maker.

Although the house was pretty, our group was 55 and over and honestly 19 stairs to the second floor and an additional large number to the third. Don’t recommend for anyone with small children or elderly! The house was clean, however their was what appeared to be black mold around the ceiling vent in one of the baths on the 2nd floor! We came home to the house unlocked one day. Called and asked for info about the upcoming Hurricane Ian and received no info so we left a day early to go home to feel safe! My first rental with Vrbo was not great🤷🏻♀️

We drove down from MA for a wedding. Needed a space for family of 4 & we couldn’t have been happier with this gorgeous home. Each teen had their own room & bathroom & we all loved the space & beds. Great house for family with older kids, couples, etc.. family easily walked from downtown to see our space & there was a festival in Forsyth that kept area busy. Lovely porch swing overlooking back garden, so peaceful. We cooked in kitchen & it had all we needed for pots etc, but make sure to go to Bomber Betty’s for burgers & fun ambiance on other side of Forsyth park. Clean & comfortable we would definitely stay at this home again

This home was ideally located to explore Savannah and as we were three couples, the layout was perfect with ensuite bedrooms, large family room, outside space on the back porch, and a well appointed kitchen. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend this property to others.
