Short beds. If your height more than 5.5 feet. You cant sleep straight. Son of the owner everyday smoking weed at the kitchen. Dirty. Insects.

There was a bed.

This property is basically a halfway/sober house. People with mental health issues stay here and while I did not feel threatened there was a level of nervousness after hearing the other occupants talking to themselves frequently. This property is basically ignored by the host as the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen are extremely filthy. Would not have felt safe eating in the kitchen but there was almost no kitchen utensils/appliances. In short I would recommend you stay at the front portion of the property

Bed was clean and comfortable, walk paths were well maintained, and backyard space was nice.

Toilet seat had splinter of some sort toward the rear, not ideal. Fridge shelf’s looked less than clean.

It wasn't clean. My bed wasn't ready when I arrived after 3pm. It says that everyone should choose a task but I'm not gonna clean up after people who are clearly staying there a lot longer than I am. There was a kitchen but there were no clean pots or pans so I used my own from camping.

Nothing, they made me leave.

So very disappointed at the fact your manager decided to embarass me infront of another customer. He originally woke me up to check my name and saw the bed I'm in, didn't say anything. Later when I fell asleep he woke me up had a GO AT ME (very professional right) in front of another customer saying I'm in the wrong bed? He saw the bed I was in why wait to embarass me? This was followed with my cologne dropping from my pocket and him labelling it as alcohol? When did Cologne become alcohol? He didn't even apologise he took advantage of me being half asleep to attack me. Great customer service well done.

The mattress is cozy. The landlord gave me a curtain which made a private space of my bed as a only girl in the room. Like it. My roommates are good, they are independent, quiet and not disturbing. For this decent living experience, the price is very reasonable.

The cleaning. The kettle is too dirty and I cannot use it to boil the water. And also dirts on the living room table.

Kitchen could use a little picking up after. But not nasty or anything.

The staff guy was cool and tenant ,but I'm not cleaning up after them when I didn't make a mess ,I would of liked a better description of what the place , and neighborhood looked like and parking arangements .

Dirty , cock roaches ,had to sweep and mop before I could shower nasty ass floors .food stuck to stove I didn't eat or cook there , not very happy would definitely not recommend this place ,And I had to park a block away from the house and walk not my idea of a good vacation .The bunk beds were like little kid bunk beds I was scared my friend was going to crush me .

It was a shared room and people on the room looked sketchy, drinking and smoking i don't know what at 3am turning lights on and making noise. When i got there the bed wasn't ready, the host or whoever that guy is wanted me wait until 4:30p to clean the bed because he was on a class
