Fue realmente espantoso. Las fotos son mentiras. El lugar estaba muy sucio. Decidí retirarme y no me quisieron dar la devolución. Muy muy raro el lugar.

The water room bathroom was DISGUSTING every day that I stayed there. The trash was overflowing Thursday, still not taken out by Saturday when I departed. OF COURSE I could have taken it out but why didn't the long term guests who use the bathroom daily, take out the trash? Why didn't the staff member who called me about check out take it out? I told her about it, although I know she saw the mountain of paper towels and tissue stacked high in the trash can. The shower and toilet were gross.
There was no porch light on when I checked in after dark.

There was nothing to like, I felt very uncomfortable & unsafe.
The room wasn't clean & the other people staying there made me feel very unsafe , & the staff was very rude & called me a lier when I reported to the about the room not being clean & unsafe , I asked for a refund staff said No & called me a lier & I even slept in my car & had to find another hotel the next day .

Customer service was (mostly) available and always very nice.
The check-in-process was very easy and could be done from your phone anywhere and anytime.
The decorations were cute and the “elements”-concept of earth, water, fire and wind is nice and makes sense.
Also the living room was comfortable and in a good condition.
This place was just SO DIRTY. I rented the individual bedroom (“Earth Room”) and the only thing in there that was not dirty were thankfully the bedsheets.
There were spiderwebs and big chunks of dust on the ceiling, especially by the fan. The mirror on the closet was covered in fingerprints and grease.
There was residue of glue on the door, on the wall and on the floor and stains and dirt just everywhere.
The window sill and window was very dirty too.
The room smelled like smoke and the smoke detector was opened as if someone had messed with it, even though there was supposed to be a non-smoking policy.
All of my clothes smelled like smoke after one day just from staying in that room and I don’t smoke.
All four of the lightbulbs by the ceiling fan were non-functional.
The mattress was definitely worn out.
The room door could not be locked from the outside (unless you brought a lock, but I didn’t know that beforehand) and looked like somebody had tried to kick it in.
The kitchen countertops were fine, but the drawers and the refrigerator were absolutely nasty, filled with crumbs and sticky stuff.
Also it was very noise because even though there are rules on quiet time at night, people don’t obey them.
I couldn’t sleep at night because some people would talk and laugh in their rooms very loudly.
Also the kitchen was supposed to “close” at 11pm but there was a lady cooking for an entire hour between 2 and 3am, making so much noise with the pans and the constant beeping of the microwave.
The direct neighborhood is fine but once you get out of there there is going to be many homeless people and drug addicts, especially by the closest grocery store (Raley’s).
This could be such a nice hostel if the owners just took better care of it or had somebody who would actually make sure the people stick to the house rules.

Dirty and the people that worked there where making more noise than the guests. I only stayed 2 out of my 4 days then I left.

The place itself has a nice theme and for the most part is decorated nicely.
The bunk beds were very comfortable. And the living room was nicely furnished (minus a tv).
Patio recieved am update while we were there. Very nice bistro set and chairs.
Checking in was a bit of a pain. You'll see when you get here.
The place is filthy. With only a broom, dust pan, and paper towels to clean, there seems to not be very much that can be done. There was mold growing in the water room shower. There are no cleaning supplies to utilize for guests. And I never saw an employee. Just tenants who said they could help if needed.
The A/C seems to work downstairs but is not nearly as effective upstairs. The "coldest" the room got to was 78 degrees.
Might be the part of town, but while here a previous tenant seemed to have broken in and had a physics altercation with a guest. We arrived back to find frazzled employees and the cops pulling up after the fact. It was a bit frightening.

The location
The AC needs to be serviced and in the evening I didn't feel it run at all.. It wasn't the worst place I stayed at and the home does not smell fresh they need to open alll windows and get some Pine Sol Lemon and clean the house throughly was wall clean windows .

The price!
The top bunk!! I'm 54 yrs. old! And tall! The bunk was a little uncomfortable, but the value more than made up for any little inconveniences!

Looking at all the negatives I cannot find any posyives.
Thanks
There was a rat in the kitchen, which scared the hell out of me.
The bed was so hard that I had to put the blanket on the bed so I put the sheet over me.
Pretty much every section of the house was dirty.
Just generally very dirty.
Management should make an effort to visit the property more often
The housekeeper probably thinks making the bed is the only aspect of her job, and she has a friend sleeping on the floor of her room.
Sport about all the negative comments.
Unless you know it you cannot fix it.
Thanks

I didn't like a crowded room

I like the location, the staff who I met. For my first hostel in the US it wasn’t that bad! Definitely not like the ones in Japan, but the place was nice.
Booking.com never mentioned what bed I had so it was confusing when I first got there!

Our crew had a lot of fun hanging out at this location. We stay at multiple places when on the road, but this place was extra cool for some reason. The staff and other guests there were great too.
A TV downstairs may have been nice.

Stayed again with my work crew. Again, I really like the people and the place. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and there's a park up the street to walk to.
I liked what was here for the most part.
