That we got our full refund.
There is no front desk employees after 11 pm to 7 am and no visible cameras. We booked a 2 bed queen room, but when we arrived we were split into 2 rooms. The first desk lady was very confrontational when we questioned our room change. There were people out in the parking lot just hanging out all hours of the night. Inside was terrible yelling and commotion and made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe. We felt like we were on high alert the whole time.It is not an environment for children. They also allow people to live in there. One of our rooms, the door would take a long time to lock, and you can tell that it was kicked in prior. They didn't repair the inside where it hit the wall previously. Also, there were bugs in our second room. The rooms also stunk of cigarette smoke, and our rooms were non-smoking. It was an overall horrible experience.

Just one minor problem, a few little roaches running around the kitchenette and bathroom. Everything else was awesome.

Room was nice, housekeeper was great. Always saw her working diligently.
Very loud, could hear everyone all hours throughout the day, given being on the first floor. Also a lot of activity, some people just sit outside in their cars all hours of the day as well. Was followed by a cop one evening just walking in from my car. Just shows it's a skeptical neighborhood. Could be a nice hotel and worth the 💰 ney if monitored better.

I like that the hotel is right near the highway. Directly next door is a gas station and Dollar Tree.

My partner and I absolutely loved the bed. It was relaxing and comfortable! The room itself was clean and well kept. The staff was kind and attentive. Absolutely had no issues from my personal experience with this establishment.
There's nothing that lowered the value of staying at this hotel. I believe that the staff, room and location made this hotel with the trip with my lovely partner marvelous.

I liked the location of the property and the fact that the floors were not carpet. The large fridge was helpful as well.
the air conditioning/heating unit was covered in filth. blowing out dirt. The shower head was covered in grime and looks like it’s never been soaked or cleaned and I think that’s why the pressure wasn’t great. They also never moved the blinds to dust the window sill and there are a ton of dead bugs as well as dust and grime.

It was close to the airport. That is literally the only thing going for it.
The hostess appeared to be very much under the influence of something. Furthermore, when I first started to check in, I overheard the hostess and (what I take to be) one of the maintenance personnel discussing a missing master key to all of the rooms. The hostess claimed it wasn't missing, the maintenance person seemed very unconvinced. This was not confidence inspiring.
Maybe I just came on the wrong day, but this was not a pleasant stay and I will not be returning.

The beds were comfortable.
It seemed like traveling guests were treated like weekly tenants. No clean towels the next day and they acted like we should not have asked for them. They made us bring down all our dirty towels before giving us fresh ones !
