Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Super close to the Indy airport, they provided a free shuttle at the time we needed. We also parked our vehicle there while we were gone for a very reasonable price. This is our 2nd stay here and we will certainly be back again next time we fly out of Indy!

The air was hot and the room was muggy. The bathroom shower had no pressure and the shower head was falling off.

Clean and nice rooms. The AC wasn’t working very good so room was at 76 at coolest. Front desk did not have resolution. Out coffee pot and our mini fridge didn’t work.

Assigned a room below what we reserved. One bed NO fold out couch. Took 3 tries to get a cot. Then another to get a third towel.
Also the TV remote Guide and Last Channel buttons do not work. Front desk said that service isn’t available in the hotel. Have to flip channel by channel to see what is on.

If I would have stayed then maybe I would have left a decent review. Something came up and I tried to cancel my 1 day room and they told me they would not allow me to cancel. They also would not allow to provide a free night at another time even though I paid double the price since it was the Eclipse. I needed to go there for my son, and the meeting got canceled. Now I am out 600.00 for one night!

a good experience. clean, although I don't like carpeted floors. bathroom need some updating but ok otherwise. all in all a welcome change from the last place we stayed at. that makes clean even more valued.

We stayed here before and after our flight to Florida. It was clean and comfortable and the park and fly option was so convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport made our trip much less stressful.

Quick airport overnight, and it could not have been better. Friendly staff, clean updated rooms and a free shuttle back to the airport. All for $135.

When the heating temperature was raised, the noise kept us from sleeping. It is a very old device. Everything clean and impeccable

Unfortunately, the unsanitary condition of our room contributed to the 1/5 stars. The front desk was appalled but didn’t offer any solution. Yuck!

I asked for a bottom floor do to handicapped and was put on the 5th floor WAY BACK OF THE HOTEL ELEVATOR WAS WAY IN THE BACK OF HOTEL.

My travel buddy asked for a wakeup call in order to catch a very early flight. The man that checked us in assured her it was all set. The call never came. Seriously? It is such a simple request.
I checked out later in the morning. The lady who checked me out (I didn't get her name) was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful.

Great staff and airport shuttle service! My only complaint was that the outdated TV was not set up for any kind of streaming services- the cable didn't even have a working TV GUIDE page. You have to scroll through channels with a delay like it's 1990 and I was unable to cast anything from my phone either. I've definitely come to expect that as bare minimum for hotels at even lower pricepoints.

Been coming to this CROWN PLAZA FOR 22 years (2501 s high school rd) Im truly a traveling salesman . I’ve stayed at most high end hotels all over this country to include Canada. And I can say honestly (I LOOK FORWARD TO COMING TO INDY) and if you’re with your family or friends or by yourself and you want the cream of the crop?(LOOK NO FURTHER ,YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICEw OR CLASS OF HOTELS!!BOOK THIS NOW AND I PROMISE YOU THISYOU’ll BE HAPPY YOU DID !!!!!
