Kalkan Saray Suites Hotel

The property is located exceptionally well in comparison to the centre of Kalkan. It is just out of the main area however this is ideal to get away from a busy strip. The hotel also has a pool with a great view. This allows you to have much more tranquil days lounging around. The staff at the hotel are phenomenal. My partner lost her phone and they couldn’t have done any more to assist.

Our room felt small and compact with limited space to move around, especially in the bathroom. There wasn’t much storage so we were unable to put our suitcases away.

Alcuni dettagli poco curati ( tipo l’appendi asciugamani in bagno che è crollato da solo e il doccia schiuma che era vuoto nella doccia)

The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Asena stood out for us as she was always smiling and tried her best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. From our balcony and from the restaurant there was a beautiful views of Kalkan.

The room we were given was called the penthouse room, but it was surprisingly small. Fortunately, we are petite, as taller guests would likely struggle with the low ceiling height. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and there were several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning main shower, a toilet flush that repeatedly came loose from the wall, and a power outlet next to the sink that was hanging out of the wall, which posed a safety concern. There was no iron in the room, so we had to request one each time we needed it, and the hotel did not provide an ironing board therefore we had to do our ironing on the bed. While the room was clean and functional, housekeeping did not replenish bottled water daily. The pool area was also quite small, with limited seating available, so we chose to spend most of our time at nearby beach clubs instead. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection.
