The position of the hotel is close to kalkan old town so is perfect for walking into town.
I was told the hotel had not long had a refurbishment, this I could see, but i noticed things like skirting had been knocked off and not replaced , just general unfinished bits .

Spacious room, excellent private pool with the room, excellent friendly and very helpful staff, very good restaurant and breakfast, very clean
Recently refurbished but some the finishing could have been better (some sloppy plastering in the bathroom sound fittings) and could have done with a couple of armchairs to go with the sofa as we were in a deluxe sea view room. There were no pictures on the wall either so felt a little bare.

The hotel offers a variety of rooms and I definitely recommend an option with a large private pool with terrace (we stayed in 703 and it was really good)
We arrived early but the hotel staff did their best to make us comfortable. We loved the restaurant and the bar at the hotel, breakfast was fresh and tasty.
There were minor things needing attention and repair- paint cover in the pool, broken socket

Recently renovated, well designed hotel with rooms with great view. It felt like a small part of an old city on the on hand and a modern serene setting. The breakfast was nice as well.
Well it were minor things like some paint rests here and there. They didn’t have their own soap etc. yet. So no major issues to be honest. And no slippers for kids (this was my daughters negative review :))
