Amazing views, fantastic housekeeping and ability to message reception on WhatsApp and get speedy responses. Water taxi was also great. Sea and pool area very quiet.
Food prices. Both at lunch and dinner. £18 for baklava and calamari for example. Alcohol also expensive, but to be expected.

Lovely location, with great views of the med.
A downside of the location is the number of steps to get anywhere.
100 plus steps down to breakfast is ok but you feel it going back.
Another big negative is the Mahal Beach Club next door with very loud music (or should I say sound as there was no songs as such,just a lot of banging going on) until 1am several days a week.
Not very peaceful and totally at odds with the ambiance the hotel is trying to make.

The location is perfect. Nice restraurant and nice beach area.
The breakfast is quite simple. The staff servicing for the breakfast is not very active.

The served breakfast was very good. No problems there.
The hotel promises a lot but somehow didn't quite live up to expectation. Whilst the staff were excellent, it was obvious that the hotel was understaffed and those staff members present were under a great deal of pressure.
There also seemed to be a shortage of full size beach towels for use on sunbeds. This should not be an issue for a hotel of this standard. When we contacted the owner to confront her with this and other issues, she was somewhat indifferent.
