La ubicación del hotel es perfecta cerca del centro y accesible a todas las actividades turísticas que ofrece santa cruz, la habitación cómoda con A/C, el baño limpio y funcional y el desayuno fantástico..
Paola quien me recibió el primer día, es muy amable y me ayudó a ubicarme en la ciudad, me dió recomendaciones de restaurantes y actividades, excelente persona y muy profesional.
Nada todo cumplió y superó mis expectativas.

Breakfast, staff and location was great. The rooms upstairs looked great too. Walking distance to restaurants, tour guides, museums, the piers and launching platforms.
Our only problem was that there was no elevator and my wife has mobility issues. We were about to find other accommodations when we were offered a room on the ground floor generally reserved for guides, very small, dark, no view, but no stairs to climb. We accepted the room at a very slightly reduced rate. There was no way to determine ahead of time that the hotel had no elevator or lift.

I liked the location
We got there early and they did not accomodate us. THe bathroom did not have soap . NOt enough towels.
