Hotel Fiesta

Pool looked great but we only made it into the jacuzzi once.

Rooms were small.

Great location and nice facility! Loved the bar at the pool and breakfast had great variety. Staff were extremely professional and we felt safe during our stay.

The room was a little small and the toilet felt quite basic.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water in our room for 4 of the 5 nights we were there. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told that we were wrong, rather than anyone investigating or trying to resolve the problem. We also had a very poor experience with the laundry service. We were charged around $60 for laundry that should have cost approximately $9. When we queried the charge while collecting our clothes, staff told us that we should have taken the laundry ourselves, despite the fact that we had followed the process the hotel had provided. No effort was made to address what was clearly an unreasonable charge. Customer service throughout our stay was extremely disappointing. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were repeatedly told they were unavailable. Given that we stayed for five nights, it is unacceptable that we were never able to speak with anyone in a position to deal with our concerns. The lack of food options was also a major drawback. Apart from breakfast, no food was available on-site, which made travelling with children much more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, we left feeling ignored, overcharged and frustrated. The issues themselves were bad enough, but the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability from staff made the experience far worse. I would not recommend staying here.
