We needed a hotel on very short notice and we were able to book this one easily. The location was also really good very close to the beach and ports for tour guides. We really liked the breakfast. We also liked that the room came with many amenities such as hairdryer, iron, water etc... I also liked how compact the area was. The staff was nice and helpful even with the construction going on.
The noise from the remodeling or construction as our room was right across from the area they were working in. Granted this is temporary and not really an issue for future travelers.

Great location near the port yet very quiet surroundings. Easy walking distances to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, made to order omelets for breakfast.

Bit unsure how to rate this hotel. Staff excellent, especially the lovely smiles from breakfast syaff every morning. Good location and lovely facilities however we had a series of mishaps leaving with a poor experience.
Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience for a hotel of this quality. Hot water had to be turned on 5+ minutes to arrive Blocked toilet day 1. No housekeeping (they appeared to forget our room) until we pointed this out the following day. 2nd night our air-conditioning was broken & unable to be looked at until the next day - which we had to follow up on as message from previous evening staff was not passed on.
