Wifi password wasnt available on site, it required to text the homeowner but they responded quickly.

This is a great little diamond in the ruff..ruff for dogs owners close to Toronto, rustic but not too rustic. Great amenities, amazing private beach access, tv and WiFi work very well. BBQ is in good condition and tent for saying out of sun and rain was really helpful. Thanks for the amazing stay! I hope we can visit again soon!

Stayed here for 3 nights in early August. 5 of us a dog and two seadoos and a boat. Plenty of room for parking and great lot for outside games and for pets. You get access to a private community boat launch and beach right down the street and just a 5min walk away from Friday harbour resort. Amazing location amazing rental!

The cottage is not clean. There are cobwebs everywhere. There was no hot water the first night. The owner suggested I go out and get a fuse, which I did in the dark and the rain. It did not fix it since the fuse panel was mislabeled. He came late the next day and replaced the proper fuse and then it worked. He apologized and gave us $100 for the inconvenience. There were silverfish in the bathtub and ants everywhere. We will not be back.

poor communication
I was not given a phone number during the booking process. The owner did not text the lock box #, as he said he would, so we were locked out upon arrival. This led to a very nasty encounter with a neighbour when we canvassed the neighbourhood for help. Cottage says it sleeps 5, but is only equipped for four people; eg. 4 chairs, 4 plates, 4 knives. The large front room was too hot to use so our family of five was cramped into the living room. We ran out of propane after cooking one meal so we could not barbeque. Cottage was not properly cleaned. No instructions or information and no owner present. We were turned away from Innisfil Beach because we did not have a pass. We later found the pass but had then lost several days of swimming at that beach.

Good location and close to everything
Short walk to private beach. Make sure to rent a boat well in advance. Nothing was available. Nice private dock. Short walk to all Friday harbour amenities. Good size place for 3 people. Relaxed by fire a few nights. We will be going back.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the BBQ and firepit and outside dining as well as the comfortable interior. Claudio was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The beach is very near and really pleasant. Would definitely return!

Nice 4 day vacation. Hist was very nice and the yard size was a pleasant surprise as the online listing doesn't show the huge backyard. Perfect rustic cottage. Will be back again.

The host was very helpful. There is access to a beautiful lake on a shared public beach. The lake is about a 3 minute walk away!

The yard was huge and flat, perfect for lawn games, and the fire pit is a great addition. The lake was truly only about 3 minute walk away (and the walk is along a small side road, so no worrying about cars along the way!) and was beautiful!! The small private beach had 2 docks that led into beautiful, warm, and clear water. The neighbourhood is beautiful, and the people are incredibly friendly.100% would stay here again!
