Sweetbriar Holiday Cottage is set in a courtyard setting, an ideal base for a pet-friendly holiday in Ireland. Sweetbriar Holiday Cottage is a 2-bedroom holiday cottage sleeping 4 guests comfortably:



Property layout – Ground floor:

-     Cottage-style kitchen and dining area

-     Living area with TV and DVD player



Property layout – First floor:

-     Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2

-     Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2

-     Family bathroom with power shower, WC, and hand basin



Please note there is room for 1 cot only at Sweetbriar Cottage.

Outside the holiday cottage is a patio area with garden furniture available for you and your guests to relax while taking in the distant sea views and Saltee Islands.

Pet-Friendly Holiday Home

This unique holiday cottage in Wexford will accept a maximum of 1 small pet per booking. Charges are payable on-site to the On-site Manager @ €30 per stay. Please note that the garden is not enclosed. Please mention your pet at the time of booking via our call centre, as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
