Semplice e funzionale con possibilità di fare colazione e alcune accortezze come lo spazzolino di cortesia e le ciabattine monouso

The room and common area were clean, modern and bright.
The area is a little rough. I arrived in the evening as a solo female traveller and was a little nervous. Fine in the day. It is very close to the station, which is what I wanted.
I also had a little trouble finding it - it is near Bar Galleria Pizza and Kebab. That may have been due to my own poor navigation.
Entry to the building is a little dark and smelly, and most likely out of the control of the guest house.

Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. The room and the common areas were very clean and the place was true to its description. There is a coffee machine with capsules, which were provided by the host, together with tea, yoghurts and fruit. Roberto was an excellent host - the communication was timely and detailed information was provided how to access the property. The place is located ideally for easy access to the train station. The walk to the central part of Pisa is very nice and just 20 mins.

Location is excellent.
noise. Aircondition of building. It made it impossible to open the windows and rest. Owner demanded we send passport information to his private whats app. booking.com rules forbid this.
