Great for family of four. In addition to the location which sells itself the condo cuts zero corners. Beds are comfortable and everything is top notch.

Great place for race fans. Even without major races there is something going on at the track. Most race garages are located within 30 or less. Well decorated for the racer. Larry has great communication if you need anything.

Perfect short birthday stay for our Motorsport loving son. Enjoyed watching the activities on the track. Very nicely updated. Great viewing for the track. Owners were very responsive.

Really great property. Nice place & clean. Bed was comfortable and has nice amenities. I stayed because I was going to the Ford Driving school located at the track and this was a great way to enjoy this excellent experience.

There really isn't anything to say here besides I wish I had the funds to own something like this place. Decor is cool, view is even better. Whole place is just way neat.

Booked this property for 1 night. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and modern. This is a race fan's dream home. Communication with Larry was outstanding. He walked me through everything I needed to know. He answered all my question in a timely manner. We had a small hick-up during the check in process, and Larry was answered my call immediately. This property is very easy to find. It is close to many restaurants and businesses. We did not have any problems parking but on a busy weekend it might be tricky. Larry will send everything you need to know (and more) a few days before you arrive. His information is professionally laid out for the guests. The only bad thing about our stay.....We could only stay 1 night. This is a property we would want to enjoy for many nights. I highly recommend booking this condo. If my schedule allows, we will be booking again.

Great experience, especially for the race enthusiasts! Great views. Beautifully updated Condo. Clean and comfy and the condo had everything needed for our stay. Dishes, plates, basic items like condiments and spices, paper products etc. full size refrigerator and stove. Also has a microwave and ice maker. Tv’s in every room and arcade games. We will definitely be back

We had a great stay in this condo which was a blast from the past after having been raised in this area. We rode by our old house, talked about time at the speedway back in the early 80’s, and just overall enjoyed the experience. The Christmas lights around the speedway was such an added bonus and a joy for my kiddo! The condo was beautifully decorated and offered everything mentioned with a seamless checkin process.

Awesome place with views of the entire track. Simple check in process and convenient parking near lobby with elevator and luggage carts for use. Entire place updated with modern technology throughout. Very well stocked with tp, paper towels, plastic ware, etc. Would highly recommend, especially if you are race fans. Hope to stay again.

We enjoyed New Years Eve in this very cool condo. The speedway has christmas lights so it was extra cool to sit and see the lights. The condo has big tvs throughout and we just loved the color coding to make using them super easy. We will definately stay here again. 10 out of 10.

We rented 303 as a Christmas gift to our nephews who love the lights on the racetrack . It was so much fun to be right in the track and a great location to the go-cart track and the Lego store, two of their favs. The house was convenient and a cool experience for two little boys age 6 and 10!

This was a surprise stay for my family to break up the monotony of some serious health issues we have been going through. And Although we could only stay one night do the condo being booked. We had a wonderful stay. The pictures could never do this fabulous condo justice. Everything was super clean, and everything you could ever want was at your fingertips. The views are breathtaking!! We now have two daughters who are completely hooked on NASCAR for sure, and my husband who is a major NASCAR fan was simply amazed at the view! We only wish we could have been there to watch a race, cause without a doubt our minds would have for sure been blown! Larry was so easy and so nice to work with. This is a cool place to stay. We went when the Speedway's Christmas lights were up & it was really neat to see them. The condo was clean & well stocked!

This speedway condo. would be impressive any day of the year, but during the Speedway Christmas Light Show it is spectacular. We weren’t sure we would have a view of the entire display but we absolutely did. We can’t believe it isn’t booked every day in December. The condo. Is very comfortable and feels brand new, with really nice decorating and every amenity one might need. (Including a full size classic video game for the kids and adults). We’re we’re surprised how easy the access and parking were, even though it’s at a major speedway. The owners we very responsive in every interaction we had. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and had zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo! Amazing view of the track! We came in the off season but had a fantastic time. If you stay be sure to do a track tour. The Christmas lights were awesome too, we had a view during the day and at night. I would highly recommend to anyone who is a race fan.

We had a wonderful stay and everything in the home was as described. You do not need to be a NASCAR fan to be enjoy the home and our kids loved seeing some of the drivers and nascar experience cars on the track on Saturday.

Everything from booking to check out was great. Never needed to contact owner for anything, Everything was exactly as told in emails. Not sure if 5 stars is a high enough rating. EXCELLENT

This was so much fun! The condo is so comfortable with high end accommodations that keep in mind why you are going to the Speedway. We went for the NASCAR Mario Andretti Racing Experience. Our now NASCAR licensed racer got 8 minutes on the track while the rest of us watched from the condo’s great viewing area. So fun! The vintage arcade games were a blast to play. Large screen TVs are incredible. The condo is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are high end and clean. Even though there was no race while we were there, there was something going on down on the track to watch. Normally I would comment on the noise but in this case you are there to experience the cars. The noise is not loud but you can hear the power. Larry was easy to communicate with and assured we had a great stay. We had great BBQ at Johnny Roger’s. Parkway House Family Restaurant was very good. Their chicken and dumplings was outstanding. Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe was also very good.

Remarkable comfort, quality linens, topped off by a phenomenal view and experience. This property must be experienced and if you're lucky, maybe you'll have some testing to listen to....we love the sounds of engines in the morning!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! We definitely want to come back for a race weekend! It was clean and so unique! Definitely worth a visit!!

What an amazing experience! The view of the track had me in awe. The condo is so beautiful. Loved this stay and will be back again! I messaged the owners once and they responded in minutes. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

Waking up to what I called "My RaceTrack" during our stay was a dream! The condo itself was one of the most well-appointed, relaxing places I have ever been! Being a huge race fan, the Hendrick Motorsports Decor was perfect as well! Plus we had a blast playing the Arcade Games. Don't even get me started on the bed! I have never wanted to stay in bed more on a vacation until that Cal-King cloud they have! All in all, this was one of the best VRBO stays we have ever had and we can't wait to return someday!

We enjoyed the interesting view of track. It was fun to watch set up and take down of auto show. Beds comfortable, nice Linens and towels.

Highly recommend this property! Easy to get in and out and close to everything. Very comfortable and relaxing. Extra treat getting to see the new corvettes on the track taking laps each day. Appeared to be a Chevy dealership event. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Also recommend the Queen City Rides for golf cart tour of Charlotte.
