Amazing property. Location, energy, cleanliness, proximity to nice restaurant, staff

Nothing at all

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice including cooked options. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The location was very central, although a little hilly, which might not suit everyone, it didn't bother us. The views of the city from our balcony and the restaurant were brilliant.

Very noisy on our first night, we were below the restaurant and there was loud music, dancing and scraping chairs until 3am. We complained 3 times on the night, we had no acknowledgment the next day so we contacted the hotel again, they did apologise and gave us a bottle of wine, there were no more issues for the remainder of our stay. It needs sound proofing or not booking parties when the rooms below are occupied. Other staff in the hotel were a bit indifferent and not very friendly, apart from our last day when a different Receptionist was on and she was very friendly.

Location is amazing and the views from the room were stunning. We loved their restaurant at the roof: atmosphere food and service were great. Staff were very friendly: the lady at the reception & the hostess in the restaurant. They also offered a bottle of wine as an apology.

Limited repetitive options for the breakfast specially that we stayed 3 nights. Music night time can be very annoying if u decide to sleep before 11 pm; as we booked room with city view and it’s on 2nd floor right down the terrace. However the team was very helpful and polite & managed the situation professionally.

Cleanliness, helpful staff.

Bad AC. No views. Toilet was squeezed in between shower and wash area making it very uncomfortable to use. It was almost unusable.
