This was a perfect landing spot for our busy birthday weekend. The home was wonderfully appointed, impeccably clean, and the lovely outdoor areas were the perfect places to enjoy a glass of wine. We will absolutely be coming back!

House was great. Some if my guests heard the train late a t night, I did not.
Other than that we were all very happy with the accommodations and would return should we go back to Nashville.

We visited for a friend's birthday trip and the house was conveniently located for trips downtown, to the Gulch and Music Row. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the proximity of the train which ran several times at night. Just bring ear plugs!

We stayed here over the weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was perfect!!! It was so cute, comfortably slept all 10 of us, was a short Uber ride from downtown, and absolutely phenomenal!! Even with the train right nearby it wasn’t too loud!

This place is great and beautiful. Keep in mind about the train. The listing is transparent about the tracks, but if you’re a light sleeper, the tracks in the back will wake you. We stayed knowing there was a train, so we took the risk. Still overall great place!

The house was pretty clean. It has great furnishings and was very cute and comfortable. My only complaint was the house was maybe 50 yards away from a train track that ran right next to it and it had trains running night and day so I got very little sleep at night as the train was very loud.

We spent a week here and loved it! House was exactly as pictured, lots of restaurants, bars & shopping close by and easy to get to other neighborhoods. Yes, there is a train right next to the house, but we were used to it by the 2nd night. Quick and kind responses whenever we needed help with anything. Would definitely return.

The house was very nice, plenty of room for 6 adults. The owners were really easy to work with and responsive to all of our needs. The only negative was the train tracks right by the house, it was really loud when it went by, sometimes 2-3 times during the night. Otherwise, the place was great!

Had a wonderful experience with the property management. However; the house wasn’t cleaned to my expectations. There was papers from the previous renters, the floors were dirty to walk on, the hot water was Luke warm at best, the outlets in the master and down stairs bathroom didn’t work. There was food under tables, no trash bags, dish detergent. Paint was coming off the walls. The extra pillows had swear and slobber stains on them. For a short stay it is what it is but I wouldn’t stay here again

This house was perfect for my whole crew of 7. Plenty of beds, linens, towels and other necessities. We were here for a week and got lots of use out of it. Also property manager responded right away when we needed. The only thing is that the train is right there, but everything else was so excellent, it is a wash. It was so close to everything, no longer than a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house is spacious and conveniently located just outside of East Nashville - $30 Uber to downtown! Big rooms, nice bathrooms. Could stand a few more pots and pans, but overall, worked perfectly for our small group. The amount of natural light in the house is wonderful, and I really enjoyed the time there!

We were given a greeting by the owner, she brought by some goodies - that was really cool! Everything looks just like the photos. The train was not loud to us, it was pretty soothing actually and really cool to see. We enjoyed the visit and everything was super close by! That was very convenient! The decor was pretty and the place was comfortable, the beds were very nice and we slept great. Overall, a wonderful stay, location and we loved it!

Overall the property was good. The train really didn’t bother us and didn’t wake us at night. The freezer was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Would have been nice to have cable instead of Roku.

Nashville weekend
Easy access to downtown. Multiple trains a day … all hours of the day/night. Good beds made it easier to fall back to sleep. Could have used some bottled water upon arrival; about 101 degrees when we arrived. Well appointed with plenty of dishes, bedding, towels and pillows. Very comfortable and spacious!!! Looked as pictured. Overall a great place. I will come back!

We were only there for a couple of days but great location close to everything. Cute house, very well kept. One thing to note though is that this house is RIGHT next to the train tracks if it is going to bother you that trains come through sometimes late at night and sometimes early in morning.

Fun in Nashville
Perfect place for a weekend with friends. Plenty of space for hanging out, short distance to Broadway, clean, quiet, spacious! We’d definitely stay here again.

Great time in East Nashville!
We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was sparkling clean and check in was a breeze. This location was less than 20 minutes from everything you want to see in Nashville - Broadway, The Gulch, 12 South. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a larger group.

House worked great for us. It was clean and functional. Short drive to Broadway and other attractions. Only issue was occasional freight train but not big deal. Nice neighborhood with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Only issue, propane tank for fire pit was empty. Still enjoyed some nice time on deck.

House definitely exceeded our expectations, outdoor patios are nice to just relax and enjoy the day of weather allows. Location was only about 15 min from broadway . Plenty of grocery stores nearby. Will definitely recommend!

First appearance is great, so much room. We loved the firepit outside. Looking at the overall cleanliness, it made us nervous. We emailed manager & what we asked was taken care of. Very close to Nashville.
