I can’t say enough about this property and my stay. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been my favorite. Great location to beach, restaurants, shops. Kitchen is perfectly stocked, unit is updated and tastefully decorated. Every detail is thought of and more! I highly recommend!! Bed is extremely comfortable, towels so soft. Bathrobes, laundry. Communication with host was amazing. Instructions perfectly explained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful property! Great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and shops in riviera village. Updated property with everything we needed. Check in and check out couldn’t be easier. We arrived and left without having to do anything. Owner was available if we needed anything, although we didn’t. Hope to stay here again when I come back to visit my daughter.

Just...wow! If you are comparing vacation rentals let me save you some time - BOOK THIS! Location was perfect - one block from the beach, literally walking distance to everything you need and tons of restaurants. Condo was perfect for 4 of us. Stocked with EVERYTHING - minor appliances, towels, toiletries. We did not end up using beach toys, just one chair - but there were many available in almost new condition. Immaculate inside - bed and couch were very comfortable. A/C worked great. Never had trouble finding on street parking. Hope to return someday - thank you, Bic!

The property was very clean and bright and welcoming! It had everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach trip. It’s what I would call a plug & play property. Just show up and enjoy! We enjoyed local food, a movie night on a great quality TV, cooked a nice dinner, walked to Redondo Beach pier for churro sundays and enjoyed boogie boarding and a bike ride on the boardwalk. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend! I’ll definitely be back!

It was truly a pleasure to stay at this property for 6 nights when we were in the area for our son's master's commencement at UCLA. We chose to stay in Redondo Beach as we're familiar with the area and wanted some South Bay time in addition to city activities. The location of the "beach pad" also provided us with an opportunity to dive a little deeper into our "reality tour" of what it might feel like to live in the beach communities (for at least the winter months). With a short walk to grocery stores, shopping & dining, and the beach - it was perfect! The apartment itself surpassed expectations! Incredibly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with anything a traveler could need. In addition to any piece of cooking equipment you could ever require, we appreciated the kitchen being stocked with water, spices & seasonings, cooking oils, and COFFEE! The appliances are of excellent quality and there's room to move. The living room sectional was surprisingly comfy to hang out on and the large TVs in both it and the bedroom, with streaming channels, were nice to have. As with the kitchen, the rest of the place contained anything one could possibly want or need as far as supplies, sundries, equipment, etc. Bic was an incredibly accessible host and all instructions for access and utilization were thorough and easy to follow. Five stars for sure!!!

Loved this place! Everything you could need was there, boogie boards, lawn chairs, cooler. We enjoyed walking to the beach daily. The place itself was comfortable and well decorated. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on our short stay. The apartment was bright and clean and well appointed. Walking to all shops and eateries was a plus. The beach nearby was the reason we came.

Location was perfect - walkable to breakfast/lunch/dinner spots and shopping as well as the beach! This place was terrific. It was super clean (so important to us), had many amenities including laundry, kitchen utensils, and beach chairs. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks, and grocery across the street. It is a beautiful spot inside and outside. We appreciated the attention to detail (M&M's, soaps, beach towels, french press, cookware). It was hands down the best place we have ever stayed. Thank you Bic!

This property is great! It's updated, very clean and has a well appointed and fully stocked kitchen. Only being two blocks from the beach with dining nearby, it's a winner.........we'll be back!

The apartment had a great location . Neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was amazing. Everything you might need for food prep. Only problem we had was getting reliable heat in the LR in the morning. System did not always work even after reviewing instructions. TV system in BR was impossible. Ended up watching Late Show reruns since we couldn’t access anything more current.

When traveling for work in Los Angeles, I typically stay in hotels. This stay at Avenue H was a light years improvement in the quality of my stay. Bic was super responsive and made it effortless to check in, stay and check out of the apartment. It had everything that I needed and more. I can't say enough about the property. Thank you!!

I stayed at this property in December 2020 while visiting friends for the holidays. This is a fantastic property!. The unit is very well decorated and equipped with everything you would possibly need. It is very close to the beach and walkable to Hollywood Rivera shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you would need. I did not have a car and even if I did, would have never used it. I walked or biked everywhere. Nice bikes are provided. The unit was super clean and the owner/property manager was extremely responsive to all texts and inquires, and also very helpful with farmers market information and other suggestions. This will be my "go-to" place when I am in the area again. I will definitely be back!
