The place looked like the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach, pool was clean and heated. I felt safe walking and going to the beach by myself. There is a tram(bus) you can ride to get from one end of the stretch of beach to the other and you can get off at different places. Its easy to ride once you know the schedule. We did have a little miss communication with how to get onto our condo. But was straightened out with a phone call. Things are slowly building up from the hurricane a few years ago. But everything is clean. It was sad to see all the damage done.

The property was nice, we loved the manatees in the bay! The house was equipped with everything we needed!

Check in instructions need to be updated, sent us to get keys and we were looking for an agency place that is not currently open, just to find out we didn’t need one, on the plus side my concern was addressed right away, even though it was after midnight, also may sure to bring soap and toilet paper from the get go there was nothing like that as a courtesy, the beach across the street is full of tree trunks and branches, we had to drive to another entrance and pay the 5$ per hour everyday, food selection is very limited in the island, as they are still recovering, we loved seeing the manatees everyday from the balcony and the building was clean and quiet, pool was great. I would return to that unit once the overall island situation improves.

We were not informed about the pressure washing and painting to the building we were staying in, We were up at 7am with the noise and they worked all day till 4pm not a very relaxing time. I would think twice before going and I would definetly check wor them still working. Other than that the pool was great and a very quite area when the workers were finished.

We had a wonderful time. The place was lovely and exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. The driving and parking to and from was simple. The pool was sparkling and refreshing. Groceries and pharmacies were close by. We could not have asked for anything more.

Nice long weekend stay. The place was spacious and clean. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Great location within steps of a shopping center that has multiple food options.. ADORABLE CONDO
The cuteness of this condo is so very cozy! We loved having the 2-bathrooms because there was me, 2-teen girls, and my husband! So, imagine 3 girls trying to get ready at the same time :) The location is great and the pool was so fun! It's the perfect home-away-from-home stay! xoxoxoxo

Only critique is that rugs and throw pillows need replacement or a thorough cleaning. Very dirty looking. Also couch cushions were annoying to sit on as they slide off couch very easily.

Nice condo, quiet locale (except road construction which will end someday), access to great stretch of beach. The owners clearly take pride in this property and they should. Condo needed a little maintenance (overhead lights worked only variably in kitchen and master bath but were scheduled for repair after our stay, no big deal). Well stocked kitchen in terms of pots and pans, cooking utensils. Nice appliances, TV's, etc.. The access is with a keypad which works fine but I would like a key so I could get in via stairwell rather than elevator. In terms of value, our stay was short (five days) which meant the fees were pretty high/per day. The base price is very reasonable so a longer stay might be a better value. But overall this is a nice home if looking for something quiet, off the beach but with beach access. Several decent restaurants in walking distance, too.

Wonderfully located for those of us wanting to be away from the nightlife area. Very short walk to get to the beach which also wasn't crowded giving ample relaxation. Conveniently located to get to many outings very easily. Well worth the two day drive to get there.

Condo looked at into the bay . We saw Manatees swimming near the boats . The Condo had the cutest beach themed decor . The owners were very sweet and let us stay after the check out time .

I celebrated my 40th birthday here with a group of my girlfriends. The condo is nicely decorated and everything was conveniently located (bars, restaurants, the beach) We enjoyed the swimming pool and watching the manatees in the morning. We look forward to coming back soon. My only complaint was that the rug in the living room either needs replaced or professionally cleaned because it was stained, but I’m sure that’s from over time with the amount of guests that stay there.

Florida home
We had a great vacation! This condo is beautiful and it felt like home away from home. The only issue we had was the couch cushions would not fit correctly so they kept sliding off. I think it was due to an issue with the pull out bed in which we did not utilize during our stay so not 100% sure. I believe this has to be the best vacation we have ever had as a family and look forward to coming back!

The condo was very roomy for 6 of us we never felt packed together! It was clean and had lots of extras for the kids to play with at the ocean and the pool. There was construction that sucked but it didn’t stop is from doing all the things we wanted to do! The beach is right across the street and it was amazing! We would definitely stay again! Also we grilled and that was very convenient, and the kids highly enjoyed the pool!

Wonderful location on the South end!
This condo was located in a great location next to shops and private beach access. Early morning walks on the beach were great and found great shells at this beach location. The condo had everything we needed except for beach chairs and umbrellas but we purchased a free and left at the condo for others to enjoy. Would definitely come back!! Miss it already!

We just love the place. Super clean, cutely decorated. Easy to get to places from there. Lovers State Park is 10 minutes away, great place to relax on a beach. Its a couple hundred yards to the beach from the condo itself. We loved it so much we booked another stay while we were there. Can’t wait to return!!

We celebrated a 60th birthday together at this property - it is exactly as pictured. Pool was lovely, access to the beach was fine (across the street) and the property manager was very thorough. The location is on the south end of fort Myers beach, so driving north at dinner time takes quite a while, but there are also lots of good diner choices right next door in the plaza. We had a blast!!
