Santa Maria Harbour Resort Condo 207 is located within the beautiful Santa Maria Harbor Resort Condominium complex at the south end of the island. The Resort has a beautiful heated resort sized pool (the biggest pool on the island), spa by the pool, outdoor grilling and boating docks that play host to manatees and dolphins. You can even fish from the docks! And of course, the BEACH is right across the street !!!

The spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 Bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the marina and docks. You will always be cool inside as new air conditioning unit has been installed. The pictures speak for themselves - this condo is for a fun loving family that loves the beach!

The Kitchen with dishware and cookware to prepare all your meals and Breakfast Bar for 3, the Dining Area with a Table for 4 and beautiful view, the Living Room with comfortable furniture and large screen TV, and the Laundry Room with a full sized Washer and Dryer and Half Bath are all on the main floor. Best of all is a Screened In Lanai to relax and take in the sea breezes as you enjoy the lovely waterfront view of the Marina's canal.

Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms. Enjoy a great night sleep with a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom En Suite, which features its own TV and a spectacular water view. The Master Bath has a tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom En Suite has Two Twins Beds and its own TV - perfect layout for a family. The Guest Bath has a Walk In Shower.

The unit comes with Wifi and cable TV. All linens and towels are included. For your convenience, there are building elevators, secured lobby and ample on site parking, including one covered parking spot. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The condo's amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just next door, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
