House is great and fully stocked. Pool was hot but it was 105 out, lol. Just a brilliant home.

Perfect house to host our party of 8 adults in town for a wedding at the Omni. The house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Bring your own beach towels and you’ll be all set.

Our five stars are for the rental company and the niceness of the home and neighborhood. Sunset Rentals was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Thank you for that good experience. The house was very nice, but we hated that there were cameras watching us outside!!! The owners should either trust the people renting or shouldn't rent their house, instead of watching our every move outside and locking us out of the hot tub controls twice! They were definitely recording, because we all saw lights on the cameras. If there was a rating for value for our money, I would have rated it a one. We paid way too much for one week in the house!

Working with Sunset Rentals was amazingly easy! The property was all we expected and more. The layout of the house was perfect for multiple families with kids of all ages. The pool/hot tub were beautiful and clean, and the property manager was friendly and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend the Epic Beach house.
