Three of us in our group of 7 had to rekey our room key cards during a short 2-day stay. I didn't get my room cleaned, which was fine, but I also didn't get fresh cups or coffee, which was less ideal. I think it would be helpful if staff updated guests at check-in about the housekeeping policy so I would know to ask for extra coffee bags and cups upfront, instead of having to go back and forth to the front desk.
