The property was very clean, furniture modern and beds were comfortable. Plenty of dinnerware and cookware. The only problem we encountered was before booking and us asking to get an hour later check out because my husband has problems with his back and it is hard for him to get moving early in the mornings. We were encouraged to go ahead and book the reservation and told the likely hood that we would get a later check out was very good since they rarely got check ins on Sundays (our check out day). After we booked, we kept getting the run around about the later check out, so we gave up asking about it . We did get two emails asking if we wanted to extend our stay which confirmed no one else was checking in, This has never been a problem anywhere else we stayed and we always leave everything as clean and tidy as we found it. Other than this , everything was good.

They did everything to accommodate us and we definitely will be looking forward to renting this beautiful property again in the future! 5 stars all the way!

We came to town for Liberty University’s CFAW. Our family of 5 stayed in The Stone Cottage. The owners thought of everything: comfortable beds, cozy blankets, coffee, hot cocoa, fresh towels, clean everything, and updated decor. We felt safe and comfortable, as if we were staying with friends.

What a charming property in a peaceful quiet neighborhood just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Lynchburg. The property was well equipped and even more lovely in person. A Christmas Tree was even set up for our visit in December. Looking forward to coming back to this wonderful home away from home.

I stayed here with 2 friends for a women's weekend. The home is lovely and spacious, quiet neighborhood. We used the fire pit out back both nights of our stay and will always have fond memories of this little place!

We were up visiting college for a weekend at Liberty University and this stay was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own area and the house was a perfect amount of cozy. Short trip to the university and anything you could need.

This worked perfectly for our quick stay in Lynchburg. The house is fantastic and in a great neghborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4. The location was great and it is in a quiet little neighborhood. The cottage was very clean and everything was in working condition. There were lots of small touches like kcups and laundry detergent. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is up to date and relaxing. There is an amazing bakery just down the road as well as a grocery store. We would love to stay at this cottage again the next time we come to Lynchburg.

After a week at a 4 star hotel in Norfolk - the Stone Cottage was perfect and we enjoyed it so much more. The vibes were wonderful as we walked in the first time and loved the way it was decorated - might be better called the Cozy Stone Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed (keeping in mind we do eat out a lot) and there were several grocery stores within a 5 or so minute drive and lots of restaurants within a reasonable drive. Place was super clean and organized. Took a minute to master the Roku TV, but then it was fine. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable which was great as my wife and I are pretty picky. Couldn't enjoy the patio and fire pit out back (Ian was passing through) but it is a quiet area and fairly secluded. Definitely would stay here again and plan to research some of the other All Belong Co properties for future trips.

Had a little trouble with the door lock device upon arrival that was resolved immediately by a very courteous representative. Excellent property in an extremely nice neighborhood. Super comfortable home in a beautiful quiet setting.

The Stone Cottage is a wonderful property. Everything you need is there. It's a very comfortable property. We only had 4 staying there so there was plenty of room. All necessities and amenities are there. The host family or company was always ready to help if we had any questions or concerns. The internet was down for part of our stay and the host worked hard to get it back on.

In town visiting Liberty U for my son and we stayed at this awesome property. Check-In was flawless, and the bathrooms and kitchen(and rest of house) was immaculately cleaned. We were supplied with everything we needed for our visit. The property is in a very nice quiet residential neighborhood with easy access (3 min drive) to food, gas, grocery. Also very easy to get onto highway. Property owners were quick and easy with responses to questions. We can’t wait to stay here again (if my son chooses Liberty!).

We enjoyed the cottage in the outskirts of Lynchburg. The surrounding neighborhood and areas were beautiful, which gave us a secured feeling. We could tell it's a fairly new listing as just a few little things can make a big difference. The Roku television(s) are a pain; there is no live or local TV and in order to watch anything live you had to "sign on" or create an account that tied to the "local subscriber"; with no sign on information provided, this was impossible. The tv in the master B/R doesn't have a separate remote control and doesn't sign on like the one in the living room. There is nothing there for entertainment - not even a deck of cards or a single board game. We added pamphlets/printouts to the "information" book as it was lacking about the city and surrounding areas (not even a city map was provided) and there was no guest book. While the kitchen items worked, you definitely could use more. No good mixing bowls or mixer, but there were cake & cupcake/muffin baking pans (?), and there were only 2 coffee cups in the kitchen so we were constantly washing them. The floor rugs in master B/R and kitchen, while pretty, need to be secured to the floor better as they could be a tripping hazard. We were surprised when we arrived to discover that there was a basement that we couldn't have access to. While there appeared to be nothing in the basement, (a game room would be great there!), it wasn't disclosed in the listing that one existed. The cottage is a lovely place and I would definitely visit again, but to make your place a little more comfortable for vacationers (we drove from N. Florida and had never visited the area before), these little things should really be addressed. Just a few personal touches of "home" can go a long way.
