Daresbury Park Hotel

Lovely clean room, slept really well, comfy bed, welcoming reception loved the pool, excellent location

Was a bit dissapointed with the way one of my bookings worked out, I needed to extend my stay for the day before my original booking, there was only a twin available, which was fine, when i checked in they said hotel was fully booked i explained that I had a double booked for the following day, and was told by the lady that checked me in that they would prioritise a room for me, and ring me when the room was ready, but that didnt happen, I had also requested early check in but when i got back to hotel after having a few hours out with friends, the man on reception didnt want to know about what I had been promised and said I would have to wait until all rooms were ready at 3pm, that was disappointing after what i had bedn promised that the transfer to a new room would ne as seemless as possible, i felt under the circumstances they could of prioritised a room for me to make the transition seemless, it shouldnt have been promised if they werent willing to carry it out !!!

Great

Nothing

Room, bed, storage, shower and all facilities were excellent. The evening meal and breakfast were very enjoyable.

Overall.......good value

The dinner service was bad......waited for hours for the food!!
