The rental was spotless and in a great location near the pool and beach. The owner was excellent about interacting and responding quickly and with needed info.
My brother is 6'4" so the fan was a bit hazardous for him. I think this is a perfect place for a couple, maybe with a couple of small kids. The porch area was really cute and comfortable for a large gathering! It was perfect for my brother and his wife; we had a separate unit where we stayed. A wonderful time was held by all of us! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Inside of property was very clean and nice. Nice, quiet neighborhood, the campground pool was wonderful. Beds comfortable, AC worked great (and it was crazy hot when we were there), ice maker in freezer didn’t work but there was a little counter top ice maker and we bought ice at the store which was fine. Gerardo was very nice and responsive and told us to use any beach equipment that he had. The only complaint I have is the amount of spider webs, spiders and bugs on the outside porch and all the railings. We didn’t even want to sit out on the very lovely porch area because of all of it. A quick cleaning of the porch and railings prior to people staying would be great. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

It was our first visit to Virginia and we really enjoyed the location and ease getting to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time at this site. It was just right for my husband and I. So close to the beach and the front porch was so nice to sit on in the evening. There were a few issues but Gerardo was great and he took care of everything quickly.

The RV/camper was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. Our host, Gerardo, was absolutely incredible. He was super responsive whenever we needed something and even brought over an air pump when one of my tires got low. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

From check in to check out everything was great. The owner Gerardo always stayed in touch and was very helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This place was perfect for my family of 3 and our dog! It was so conveniently close to the beach! The owner was very quick to respond and was very friendly! The beach in this area was very laid back and relaxed - we were able to have our pup with us on the beach the whole time and we took her to the restaurants with us as well! We definitely plan to stay again!

We stayed because the location met our needs. The property was not professionally cleaned. We were aware that only bed linens would be provided, but linens were only provided for the bed. Would not advise for anyone over 6 feet tall or cannot step up more than a foot to get into the shower. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with owner was good.

It was exactly what we were looking for ! We were able to enjoy a relaxing weekend with our dog. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and met new friends walking around the resort

This rental is in an excellent location close to the beach. The write up and pictures are accurate. The owner was very easy to reach for any questions. The front porch overlooking the canal was my favorite place to enjoy morning coffee. My puppies were so happy to come and take long walks around the dog walk area in the neighborhood.

Friendly owner who responded quickly to my messages. Nice location. Bed sheets fresh. Main house areas clean. Kayaks, bicycles, boogie boards, and large innertube free to use during our stay. The only things i did not like were the drawers and storage areas were dirty and had webs so we just didn't use them. There was also stuff, other than the normal appliances, in some of the cabinets. I wasn't sure who left the stuff so i just left it alone.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend. We didn't use it, but wasn't sure how to turn on the oven.

Very nice place, close to everything very clean. Would be great for a couple and small family, I had 5 adults so it was tight but that is on me not them.

Perfect little getaway
We have a family of six and this was just right for us. Host is wonderful! One small issue and he took care of it right away. Porch was our favorite! Nice breeze. Location is excellent. Two minute walk to the ocean/beautiful beach, one minute to the inlet/boat ramp. The water/inlet is great for fishing not kayaking. Not very deep at all. Saw lots of wildlife. Community pool was very nice. Neighbors were kind and quiet. Cute playground for younger kids; beach volleyball and jet skis for the older ones. Lots of activities in the area within a short driving distance. Thank you for the experience and your hospitality!!!

Gerardo’s place is great. Very clean and cute. Safe gated community in a great location. So close to the beach and Back Bay Park. Very dog friendly. The home’s big deck is gated so your dogs can hang out with you. Community has 2 pools. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, short walk to the beach, close to one of the pools on the resort. Baja restaurant is within walking distance as well. The unit itself was clean and came stocked with everything we needed. We were at the beach the most of the time and enjoyed the porch but the AC didn't work in the front if the unit. The unit itself could use some tender loving care overall but it does serve its purpose for a clean place to sleep and be close to the beach.

Clean and fresh!
Enjoyed our stay due to the cleanliness of the home and beach vibe decor. I was concerned because reading reviews it allowed pets. Also thankful for the beach park “Little Island” recommendation for our family gathering, it was VERY helpful. This mobile home is in a GREAT Sandbridge location away fro hustle and bustle of Virginia Beach.
