No hidden fee's... man I hate fees(throw up emoji)! Your rental includes 3 smart TV's, which one is removable so you can hook it up OUTSIDE!!! There is a washer/dryer so you never need to have stinky clothes. A TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER!!!!! So, if you have a party of 9 nobody has to shower in cold water. Also included is all your bedding, towels, pillows and linens. The beds have 4" memory foam mattress toppers! I have an outdoor grill and propane tank, all utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups and mugs. A Keurig coffee maker, and an endless ice machine. For outside, I have a bags set, beer pong tables, a giant jenga set, can jam. 2 Gravity Chairs and 6 Regular chairs, a fire pit, firewood, and...... I will go shopping for you and put all your food and alcohol already inside when you arrive! (Extra charge though...duh).
