The area was nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
The beds were uncomfortable. The room floors could have been cleaned better. The hotel was pretty boring.

Loved my stay at Hyatt Centric ; it was nice fresh and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the smell of the sheets...I need to know what they use. Staff was very professional and pleasant. I'll be back.

It’s beautiful and clean.
Lighting in rooms is horrible. I could not even see good enough to do hair and makeup. No place to put suitcases except on bed. I asked for an extra table to accommodate a second suitcase because they don’t have luggage racks. No lights in bedroom except for dim lighting each side of the bed. We ate at two restaurants abs both meals were awful.
