Location is great - close to restaurants, shopping, park, etc. Very quiet and peaceful setting and the large balcony had a fantastic view of the park!

The entrance was beautiful.

Other than the entrance the rest of the property was old and run down. The hallway floors were not clean. The outside doors to the back did not work appropriately. It was hard to get in and out. Parking was a pain as well.

The people working there were so nice. Joked with me about my EAGLES shirt. The room was very very nice. Very clean

The location of the hotel is great. There are lots of things to do in the area. Free parking.

The hotel is a little dated. It was hot in the lobby and in some areas of the hallways. The hotel had an "interesting" smell. It didn't smell fresh but it didn't smell bad either. The price for our stay was OK only because of the location of the hotel. Had it been situated in an area with not as much to do it wouldn't have been worth the value.

I have stayed at about three different Hiltons in the South Park area of Charlotte and this is definitely the best one incredible size rooms wonderful staff the best ever continental breakfast ever in any hotel I have ever stayed at they had so much food out and all of it was delicious and the staff in the kitchen was fantastic I will definitely always stay at this hotel no one can touch with this hotel has to offer

I didn’t like how there isn’t a way to see the menu for the restaurants in the room. I also didn’t understand why they market room service but when I called the front desk I was told they don’t have room service. False advertising. It would be helpful to put menus in the room to determine if you actually want to eat there or somewhere else without having to come all the way down to the restaurant. parking could also be better and the carpet in the room had a horrible odor and multiple visible stains.
