The location was perfect for game day at Bank of America stadium. The staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.
The parking garage situation was a little confusing with several events happening at the same time (weddings on the property & football game), and the garage is shared with another hotel & apartments. It wasn’t bad, just a little confusing at first.

Monday we had cook to order breakfast which was a pleasant surprise compared to buffet options. I had two amazing staff members for check in (Sunday evening staff) and check out (i know Sasha checked me out). Every staff member i came into contact include cleaning staff and bartender were warm, friendly, and helpful!
Only negative would be the bar potentially having more televisions in the bar since it was by the stadium and didnt feel entertained for options sitting at the bar independently Sunday night. Overall, would not change anything else.

The location was nice right downtown.
