The room layout was nice. The employees were very nice also!
The parking situation. Having to pay to park for overnight is ridiculous! Wasn’t very happy with that!

Location
Very odd that the shower is not in an area where you can close a door for privacy.
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
The layout of the rooms, the split bathroom (WC in a separate room), the decor, fridge, the kind staff, and the airport shuttle. The microwave on every floor. My package included breakfast.
The low shower water pressure and the lack of a hand held shower head. The room blinds/curtains did not black out. The air conditioner was not cooling to the lowest set temperature.

The late-night shift staff was outstanding. She pointed us in the right direction for late-night food.
The walls were paper-thin. The guest above us sounded like a herd of wild animals. We have stayed at other Alofts, but we won't be returning to this one. The so-called blackout shield doesn't block out the sun.
