I loved that it was located only 6 minutes away from the spectrum center.
Waited over an hour for my room to be ready! The lobby was full of guest also waiting for their rooms to be ready. It was chaos!

Staff very friendly and cordial.
Check in process was a bit of a bad experience from a first time perspective. Upon entry it looked like an airport gate with at least 15 people -including families with littles-waiting around. Apparently rooms were not ready for anyone.
Room was okay not especially the cleanest.
