Staff was friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean

The only trash can in the room was the little one in the bathroom. No biggie though

The location was perfect directly in center as stated

The hotel was a bit dated and the pools were not heated as described on the site.

Breakfast was hot with many options to choose from. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants.

Room was small compared to Hampton Inn in Atlanta. Parking was overpriced and represented on the website as "available" which I read as included in the price.

Nothing I paid for a room with a hot tub and the property doesn’t have them anymore

The front desk staff was rude sharp metal objects sticking out from the side of the beds

Exercise equipment did not work properly or out of service. No hot tub

Location and friendliness of staff. The toilet in my room stopped working shorty after checking in, I called guest services and they immediately began working on the issue but to no avail. Within an hour I was moved to another room.

Nothing about this stay was relaxing

I went and changed my card information to chime. Nobody called or text me about the information I have so many processed charges it’s ridiculous. We have a total of $758.00 charged to our cards the also kept trying to take payment from another card it was horrible. We checked in around 8 the a/c was not working in our second room 707 until midnight at night.

The fact that the pool was freezing cold, we informed several people and nothing was done. Then there was on black guy that was rude every time we saw him.

I didn't like or hated that I had booked my husband a King Suite with the whirlpool for his birthday a week and a half before the scheduled time, but once the day arrived and it came time to check in was unable to because I was told the hotel was under reconstruction but was never informed of this ahead of time so was turned around &told there was nothing they could do even though I had already paid for Everything....

Good central location

We booked a king suite to have use of the advertised whirlpool bath. When we got to the room there was no whirlpool bath. We checked with the front desk to make sure we had been out into the correct room. They informed us that they no longer have whirlpool baths in their suites. They told us that it was a mistake on the listing on booking.com but when I checked the Hampton Inn website they also still listed a whirlpool bath in their suites. I asked to be downgraded to a standard room and was told we would have to contact booking.com for them to resolve. I have contacted the hotel to seek compensation as a result of being misled and have yet to hear back from them.

Room was clean and nice.

Parking for handicap was blocked off and I wasn't able to park anywhere close to the doors or the hotel. There was construction going on and that was not mentioned when booking was made. There was a USED condom in the stairway of the parking deck that we had to use everytime we went somewhere. UNACCEPATBLE. ONLY one elevator was available for guests because construction workers were using the other one. Had I been made away of construction going on in the hotel WHEN I MADE the reservation I would have NOT stayed there.

We're doing renovations and the downstairs breakfast area was a mess
