The Breakfast was good and the area was clean. The staff was very nice and kind. My room was not cleaned between nights, and the carpet was not vacuumed well in the corners of the room in the bathroom area. It was a dead bug in the corner. Other than that, the room was clean.

The property had a few stores surrounding the area that were close by.

my room was rather uncomfortable. the AC didn’t really work and made loud noise. I had to buy a air defuser because of the smell in my room. the greeters were not pleasant and so didn’t feel welcome. bed was really firm. I was there for 3-nights and not a single time was my room cleaned (I was literally out from 9a- 3:30) everyday of my stay. two elevator property but only 1- worked. Just very underwhelmed.

Staff was really nice. Our room was clean and comfy. Very close to airport and free shuttles.

It was comfortable and the guests I met at the bar made it enjoyable.

The fact that I had a debit card issue and ai couldn’t get it resolved that late in the night and I wanted to pay cash for the room and they wouldn’t allow me. That is ridiculous in my opinion.

Took 45 min for shuttle to arrive, at 2 am. Made us stand outside in cold til almost 3 am. called 3 times.

on arrival the toilet seat was cracked, it was replaced right away.

The thermostat kept shutting off, the smell gave me the thought that carpets aren’t deep cleaned. Some of the towels need to be discarded.

Very Friendly and helpful staff.

one of the elevators was out of order, so had to wait a while longer.

Booked specifically because pets were allowed, arrived late at night to find out only dogs, not 11 pound declawed, neutered cat.
