extremely disappointing for a Marriott

very convenient to the airport

The headboard on the bed was half off, we put it back together just because it was bothering us. none of the plug ins worked by the beds. Also one of the lights wasn't working. there was what looked like blood on the curtains and it wasn't very clean. We went because we are familiar with Marriot and normally satisfied, however this was by far my worst experience with any Marriott. It's unfortunate this is one of the closest hotels and i really didn't have an option considering my flight schedule.

Excellent service and facilities for a stay in Charlotte.

A convenient location to Charlotte attractions and right across the road from the airport. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and updated rooms.

Booked on Booking.com and the hotel had no record of the booking

Did not eat breakfast

Was in a handicap room and the BR had a horrible smell

It was fun , I’ll definitely be back!

The ice machine on every floor , card secure doors , and nice helpful staff .

Eh nothing but the candy bars being $3 is crazy lol /

Overall , it was good for the circumstances or reason we found ourselves in Charlotte.

Our shower did not function properly. Had to increase the temperature to get the water pressure to increase.

Never again.

It was close to our son’s house b

They almost never cleaned the room or emptied the garbage. The entrance to the hotel was barely visible and poorly marked.

I will never go back. It was a horrible experience.

Close to the airport.

Wouldn't eat there if you paid me. The facilities were a mess. Broken shower curtain rod; soap dispensers were on the floor of the shower and no food or drink was available. I got ripped off.

Your morning staff is wonderful all of them is pleasant they ask you how you doing how your stay was

I had black mold in the bathroom of my room .. the Caucasian lady told me there was no rooms available so there was nothing she could do the next day I went down and told the receptionist she's a African-American woman and an African-American male they moved me right out the room and had the room stripped down and cleaned...

That none of the cleaners knew English... I kind of felt offended that the Caucasian lady wouldn't help me get out that room knowing it had black mold and I told her that...

Great location, kind staff, less than clean.

It was about as close to the airport as you can get.

The elevator smelled like spoiled milk and the shower was moldy.

Denied stay even after we had reservations, then charged our credit card

They denied that we had a reservation and we had to go to another Marriott hotel (Billy Graham Road).

Very unhappy w/ the situation and more upset a discount or free room wasn’t offered.

Room was clean and enough space to move about.

For the second time in 6 months staying at a Marriott, we were sleeping in our room when another family walked into our room…I’m really unsure how you can double book a room?!?!? My family and the other family were both upset about the encounter and our child was borderline scared to go back to sleep. Unacceptable, Marriott!

Very disappointed.

There was no breakfast but it was close to the airport and that’s what I needed.

Shower curtain rod was broken, soaps were removed from the wall, rooms smelled like smoke, toilet was dirty, very disappointing for a Marriott.

Exceptional

The shuttle service was great and the hotel is very conveniently located. It's safe, clean, and the cleaning service is great. The hotel staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a travel nurse discount hotel.

The location was near the airport

Booked for 5 people and the sheets and towels provided were only for 3 people. There was no bed lining provided for the sofa bed and when rang up to ask for some they said that the housekeeping staff had left for the day.

Staff was great and the lobby is very nice. The room was more motel 6 than Courtyard standard.

Location to the airport

Room was well used and needs to be deep cleaned and repaired. Shower curtain had holes, shower continuously dripped, and the overall condition was poor.
