Hot free dinner after a long trip (2 flights, obtaining rental car & driving to site) & drinks- nice gym with both cardio as well as dumbbells for strengthening, great hot buffet breakfast- very healthy- hot oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon toast, waffles & pancakes! Could have had a better selection if teas… Friendly & helpful staff both at front desk & in dining area. Very enjoyable stay-good gym, quiet & very reasonable for all the above amenities! Thank you! Highly recommend!
More selection of teas.

Staff were very friendly. Close enough to downtown Charlotte without the cost plus additional charge for parking. One of the best if not the best continental breakfast I've had at a hotel right off the interstate. The pool was nice and I liked the inside/outside aspects of the pool.
There was nothing I disliked.

It was easy to get to. Adele at the desk checked us in right away, the Happy Hour and food was delicious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was yummy! Kevin was very accommodating in finding me a cardboard box for consolidating some things while traveling. 😍👏👍👍

Really liked the solid surface flooring in the room. The staff during the dinner/breakfast were excellent. Kept the tables clean and were very kind.
Staff behind counter rather ignored a few times when we had questions. Also charged for our service dog which was surprising

"Camera accogliente di buone dimensioni, molto pulita, doccia di grande dimensioni, il lato parcheggio un po' rumoroso per colpa dell'autostrada che passa li vicino"
