Location in Henley couldn't have been better. Close to all amenities, restaurants, pubs and pleasant walks along the Thames.
Only one issue but that is probably an individual thing. My pillows were too soft but the bed was lovely and comfortable.

Town centre location but also quiet. The parking space was secure and plenty of room. The flat was well equipped and worked well for a stay with two adults and two teenagers.
The sofa bed was very big.

I’ve the location and the bright rooms.
The entrance gates to the property were not working properly.
There weren’t enough towels in the property for everyone.
Noise outside the property during the night.

The top floor position was ideal and I really appreciated the better aspect over roof tops and historic buildings. The town centre was my prime motivator to visit friends and socialise during the amazing Henley Festival.
I didn't use the WiFi nor the TV, as the router was red/off - no problem for me, but perhaps not ideal for others!

location was excellent. Immediate access to coffe bars, Waitrose, restaurants and attractions.
Lounge area had a very unpleasant and pervasive smell of curry that took over 24 hours to dissipate with the windows open (and raining at the time). One bed was so soft, especially on the edges, that with two people occupying, one inevitably was rolling out. The second bed was very hard resulting in sore hips. Very minimal storage space in bedrooms, no drawers. Dishwasher was out of action.

The Apartment was light filled and well furnished, clean. The location was excellent to just step out and enjoy all that Henley on Thames has to offer. Beds comfy and bathrooms modern and well equipped.
Hot water ran out too quickly. Some of the furniture a bit tired, such as the bedsides and dressing tables/desks. Overall good though. A welcome pack of Milk and Bread would have been good. Just the basics.

the location was perfect and central to all amenities. The host was extremely accommodating and communication was fantastic
The parking is extremely tight and quite difficult to access. The communal areas tatty but do not do the apartment justice.

clean, light, 2 bathrooms, good size bedrooms
not good curtains in the bedrooms - they need to be thicker/blackout in the spring/summer as meant our kids woke about 6am

it was very comfortable, well equipped and a great location
nothing really, the only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because I noticed a bit of a mark on the sheets when I pulled back the duvet
