Location was excellent, car parking across from hotel , able to check in at 2pm . Room was clean
Disappointing breakfast like a free for all , no staff around , running out of stuff and only got scramble eggs no fried eggs offered … wouldnot do breakfast again

Good choice of breakfast items. friendly staff and hotel very clean throughout. We have stayed here several times and will be back. Very reasonably priced for York. Uber terminal in lobby is very handy.

The location was great. The breakfast was not bad.
The staff at check in were not very friendly. I raised some issues when I received a text to ask if everything was all right and their responses were perfunctory. It left a sour note when we’d only just arrived. The rest was fine, but pretty basic for the price paid. I didn’t feel that it was very much different or better than Travelodge or Premier Inn, the reviews had made me expect more.
